Confessional“I have a confession to make: I killed someone tonight.
Cold blooded murder. Her blood’s still under my nails, and no amount of scrubbing can wash away the look on her face as I stabbed her in the heart.
Her eyes widened as she recognized me, and as her mouth opened slightly, she uttered one word with her final breath: ‘Why?’
She dropped to the ground, a mass around my feet. I could feel her warmth leaving her and entering me, going through my body. I could feel her life flowing in my veins, pumping alongside my blood. I could feel her in me.

Insomnia1 AM Online. I look at your profile over and over, hoping you’ll log on but too afraid to strike a conversation.
2 AM. Wide awake, but dreaming of you. I keep writing my name with yours, thinking of how great it looks but longing for it to be reality.
3 AM. Restless. I go through my files and find the pictures of us, of how we used to be. I can’t help but smile, and cry.
