Make me a star
And Ill give you want you want
On the screen
On stage
In the recording studio
In print
Make me a star
And Ill show you what Im made of
Part ambition
Part talent
Part scandal
Part alcohol
Make me a star
And Ill let it all hang out
My beauty
My charm
My flaws
My criminal record
Make me a star
And Ill live in infamy
Ill break records
Ill set standards
Ill end relationships
Ill break hearts and laws
Make me a star
And Ill change everything about me
Change my name
Change my appearance
Change my style
Change my personality
Make me a star
And Ill die inside
Rest in peace originality
Rest in peace creativity
Rest in peace ambition
Rest in peace me
Make me a star please. Make me a star.

Nice structure. I like how with the example stanzas they get progressively worse as you go through the poem, until there is nothing good listed about being a star at all. Very well done. Nice repetition, too.

Use more complicated, intricate words and once you get good at what you are doing, make your lines longer and more filled with emotion
